Dr. Otero is a bilingual surgeon fluent in both Spanish and English, ensuring that every patient feels comfortable and fully understands their treatment plan. His dedication to excellence is reflected in both his educational background and professional achievements. He graduated at the top of his class from the University of Puerto Rico and continued his training in New York City, completing a residency in General Dental Practice at New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell. Dr. Otero further honed his skills with a four-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including a year as Chief Resident.
As a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Dr. Otero remains at the forefront of his field, using state-of-the-art equipment like the Planmeca ProMax 3D Plus for improved diagnostics and enhanced patient care.
